This session is recommended for anyone who is new to energy healing or who has not had a Reiki healing in some time. The time allows for additional attention to each part of the body, ensuring balance. Your healing will include crystals, essential oils and sound therapy. I will provide you with details regarding any blockages that I discover, along with suggestions for maintaining your mind-body-spirit balance.
